Shipping



Standard service shipping & handling is FREE on orders greater than $99 (In the contiguous U.S.)

Orders less than $99 are charged for shipping and handling if delivered in the contiguous United States. Rates are higher to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and international destinations*.

Shipping to an address outside the USA:
Please call customer service (1-800-201-3139) or send an email to: sales@bisonlife.com regarding shipping outside the USA. We cannot sell / ship some products outside the USA, please inquire about your specific needs. Shipping duties and any tariffs will need to be calculated on the basis of the individual order.

Methods of shipping include UPS, FedEx, and U.S.Postal Service. Most orders received by 4 PM Eastern Time will leave our warehouse the same day.

Urgent Shipments:
Next business and 2nd business day delivery is available for most orders. Additional freight charges apply to these rush shipping options. If you are placing a rush order on Thursday or Friday and you anticipate the need to receive products on a Saturday, please phone Bison Life customer service for rates and availability of Saturday delivery.

Packaging:
The Bison Life warehouse team attempts to package products in a manner that maintains product integrity yet is cost effective to ship. This primarily concerns shipments requested by air as in overnight or next day.

Automated Shipping Service:
At your request, we are able to provide automatic shipping services on a schedule that you determine. This allows you to set up the delivery of products on an ongoing basis and avoid the need for urgent shipping should you forget to order a much needed and routinely ordered supply item. Damage During Shipment:
Damage during shipment is rare. Please inspect your package for damage at the time of arrival. All merchandise we ship is carefully inspected, secured and packed tightly in strong pasteboard boxes. The safe, accurate and quick delivery of your merchandise is our goal and is the responsibility of the individual carrier: UPS, FedEx, USPS. If upon receipt of your merchandise, the package is visibly damaged and or the enclosed products are visibly damaged, please notify the respective carrier and Bison Life immediately (1-800-201-3139). Please be certain to retain all shipping cartons and wrapping materials for inspection.

Back-ordered Items:
While we strive to always have the items you order ready and available for immediate shipment, there are times when an item(s) may be temporarily out of stock. Bison Life customer service will notify you by e-mail within one business day from time order is received in the event we are not able to ship your order as complete. Your order will be held until all ordered items are available unless you direct us differently. Please do not hesitate to let us know when you need items urgently and we will do our very best to split ship and expedite delivery
